The Context of Christmas - Part 2 Problems, Pain, Patience and God’s Promises: A Call to Trust the Lord!

As signs of trouble, tribulation and fear flood into our lives, who do you turn to for help? To the Lord or to someplace else (8:1-10)? As God’s chosen people, we are instructed to turn to Him and to respond differently than how the world would respond to pressure (8:11-15). With hope and patience, let us fully trust in God’s promises, for we are people of the light and not of the darkness (8:16-22).
